Carolyn A. Brown, PhD has 25 years of experience as an educational practitioner — teacher and administrator in K-20 public and private education. She specializes in using data and research to help governments connect policy to practice. She has worked with teams in the U.S. and abroad to develop curriculum for primary, secondary, and tertiary education programs. As an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy, she has been training leaders for schools, districts, states, universities, non-profit agencies, and international institutions for nine years.
Winsome Waite, Ph.D. has over 26 years experience developing and managing projects that have resulted in improving the social and academic achievement of diverse groups of students. She has worked in classroom and educational leadership roles, including strategic planning, school improvement and reform, state and district assessments, curriculum development, teacher and leaders training and professional development, Response to Intervention (RTI), diversity planning and training, and leadership capacity building. Dr. Waite facilitates large meetings and workgroups on behalf of state education agencies, districts, and other organizations, and presents at various national, state, and local conferences.
